I wanted to create something more than a limited print.

That's why the Gallery Edition was created.

I wanted the purchase of my artwork not to end with a click of the "Buy" button.

I want to invite you to my gallery – a place where I showcase my paintings. I want to tell you their story, show you the originals, and personally hand over the work that will now belong to you.

If you can't come to Warsaw, I will, of course, safely send the print by courier.

I personally sign and number each print. Each edition is strictly limited and will never be reprinted once sold out.

As part of the Gallery Edition, you will receive

✓ One of 25 hand-signed and numbered prints in UNIVERSUM format or one of 50 prints in ORBIS format

✓ A personalized Certificate of Authenticity, which I will sign for you with a personal dedication.

✓ The option of personal pickup of the artwork at my gallery in Warsaw's Żoliborz district or participation in an intimate Collector's Evening.

✓ A commemorative photo, which we will take during the pickup of your print.

✓ Entry into the Kasia Laskowska Art Collector's Register (if you wish).

✓ A signed card with the story of the painting.

✓ Priority access to new paintings, limited editions, and premieres before they are shown publicly.

✓ Free visualization of the print in your interior before purchase.

About the painting

HERD — The inspiration for the painting was the landscape of the Bieszczady Mountains — a place particularly dear to me. On one of the hills, a herd of horses could regularly be observed standing peacefully on the mountain pasture. Their presence, rhythm, and natural calm became the emotional foundation of this composition.

The painting speaks of the contrast between human anxiety and the tranquility of nature. The horses seem entirely present in the moment, rooted in their world and free from the haste that so often accompanies modern life.

They don't need much. They don't strive for new goals. They simply are.

In this simplicity lies the strength that became the main theme of the painting. HERD is a reflection on calm, observation, and the ability to find balance in a world full of stimuli.

How the print is made

Each print is created using the giclée method, considered the highest standard for art reproduction.

It is printed on archival Hahnemühle 100% Cotton paper using museum-grade pigment inks. This ensures that it retains the depth of colors, details, and character of the original painting for decades.

I personally sign and number each copy.

Once the entire edition is sold out, there will never be a reprint.

Available formats (print only, unframed)

• ORBIS — 47 X 47 cm — limited edition of 50 copies
• UNIVERSUM — 81 X 81 cm — limited edition of 25 copies

The proportions of each format correspond to the proportions of the original painting, so the dimensions vary slightly depending on the artwork.

Your copy number

Each print has its own number written as a fraction, e.g., 7/25 or 18/50.

Numbers are assigned in the order of purchase.

In the collecting world, earlier numbers are most valued, so the sooner you decide to purchase, the greater the chance of receiving one of the first copies of a given edition.

Copy No. 1 — collector's item

The first copy of each format — unique 1/50 in ORBIS and unique 1/25 in UNIVERSUM — opens the edition and will never be repeated.

Unique numbers exist only in the Gallery Edition. They are not present in collector's prints.

Once sold, they will not reappear.

Paper

Each print is produced with a white margin to facilitate professional framing with a passe-partout and protect the artwork during framing.

Framing

You can order the print alone or in a professional frame, ready to hang.

Framing includes:

• a thin black wooden frame,
• acrylic glass,
• a white passe-partout,
• acid-free materials protecting the artwork,
• HDF board,
• ready to hang immediately after unpacking.

Authenticity

Each print comes with:

• my handwritten signature,
• an individual edition number,
• a personalized Certificate of Authenticity signed by me personally.
