Providing personal data is voluntary; however, it is necessary for processing orders or subscribing to the newsletter.

§3 Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Performing sales contracts pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;

  • Handling complaints and product returns pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;

  • Complying with accounting and tax obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;

  • Sending newsletters and marketing communications based on the user's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;

  • Analysing website traffic and usage statistics based on consent given through cookies pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;

  • Conducting remarketing activities based on consent given through cookies pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Personal data relating to orders is retained for the period required under applicable tax and accounting laws, and for no less than five (5) years.

Personal data processed on the basis of marketing consent is retained until consent is withdrawn.

Statistical data is retained in accordance with the settings of the analytical tools used.

Individuals whose personal data is processed have the right to:

  • rectify inaccurate data;

  • erase personal data;
