Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.

§2 Scope of Processed Data
The Controller may process the following personal data: full name, billing or shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, invoice details including Tax ID for business customers, order details, IP address and data collected via cookies.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for order processing or newsletter subscription.

§3 Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed for the purpose of performing a sales contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, handling returns and complaints in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, fulfilling accounting and tax obligations in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, conducting marketing activities including newsletter distribution based on consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, analyzing website statistics based on consent expressed via cookies in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and conducting remarketing activities based on consent expressed via cookies in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

§4 Newsletter
Users may subscribe to the newsletter via a form available on the website.
Subscription requires providing an e-mail address and giving consent by selecting the appropriate checkbox.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each e-mail or by contacting the Controller directly.
Personal data is processed until consent is withdrawn.

The website uses Google Analytics provided by Google LLC.

The website uses Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.

Order-related data is retained for the period required by tax regulations, not less than 5 years.
Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
Statistical data is retained in accordance with the settings of analytical tools.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request deletion of data, restrict processing, request data portability, object to processing, withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
