REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
KASIA LASKOWSKA ART

This Policy applies to purchases made via www.kasialaskowska.art.
§1 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the Consumer acquires physical possession of the Goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal the Consumer must send a clear statement to kasialaskowskaart@gmail.com.
§2 Returning the Goods
The Goods must be returned no later than 14 days from the day the Seller was informed about the withdrawal.
The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.
The Consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods.
Including the order number is recommended to facilitate processing.
§3 Refunds
The Seller will reimburse all payments received including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the Goods have been received back or proof of return has been provided whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
§4 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications, clearly personalized products and sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
§5 Complaints
The Seller is liable for the conformity of the Goods with the contract in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to kasialaskowskaart@gmail.com.
The complaint should include full name, order number, description of the issue and the Consumer’s request.
Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
Failure to respond within 14 days shall be deemed acceptance of the complaint.
