SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made via www.kasialaskowska.art.

§1 Order Processing Time
Order processing begins after payment confirmation.
Processing time depends on the type of product purchased.
Original paintings are typically dispatched within 3 to 7 business days.
Limited edition prints including Giclée prints are typically dispatched within 3 to 21 business days.
Silk products such as scarves and kimonos are typically dispatched within 3 to 21 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items are processed according to the information provided in the product description.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
In case of significant delays the customer will be informed via email.

§2 Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via courier services or postal operators depending on the destination country.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched if available.

§3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination country, size and weight of the order and the selected shipping method.
Shipping costs are displayed before the order is finalized.
Customs duties, taxes or import charges applicable to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

§4 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 1 to 3 business days within Poland, 3 to 7 business days within the European Union and 5 to 14 business days for countries outside the European Union.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

§5 Risk and Transfer of Ownership
Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

§6 Damaged Packages
If a package arrives visibly damaged it is recommended to prepare a damage report with the courier, take photographic documentation and contact the Seller immediately at kasialaskowskaart@gmail.com.
